So Carr So Good

On Friday, September 25th we open So Carr, So Good, our newest Gallery exhibit. Conceived by Carr Center Gallery curator Erin Falker-Obichigha, So Carr, So Good, is the physical partner exhibition to our new online interactive website, The Carr Virtual Center.

The exhibition documents and explores the creative vision, design, and functionality of our new interactive site. The exhibition combines echoes of the virtual space within the physical environment of the gallery, creating an exhibition that exists in two-and-a-half dimensions.

This entire project was created and developed with the help of our partners at the A. Alfred Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning at the University of Michigan, and a dedicated team of young talented designers from the Taubman Public Design Corps (TPDC).

Register for your TIMED TICKETS to see So Carr, So Good, starting this Friday, September 25th from 1:00 – 5: 00 PM, and continuing  Wednesdays through Saturday, noon – 5pm, until December 13th at The Carr Center Gallery, 15 E. Kirby Street, Detroit, Mi (inside the Park Shelton)
