With All Our Might: Creating in the Era of Covid is a juried exhibition opportunity for visual artists at the Carr Center Contemporary. We are accepting submissions for recent 2-dimensional, 3-dimensional, and time-based works that are a direct response to the experience of life during the global pandemic. 2020 was a year of chaos–immeasurable loss, struggle, racism and inequality revealed, and damaging social and political division. The Carr Center asks, What did you create out of the Chaos? The application portal for this juried exhibition will open February 19, 2021, with a Deadline to submit by 11:59 PM March 1, 2021.
Your application must include a bio, a personal statement, and a statement about the context for the creation of each work. Each applicant may submit up to 6 individual works.
Will All Our Might will open March 26, 2021 at the Carr Center Contemporary. Notifications will go out by Monday March 8, 2021, and all work must arrive at the gallery by or before March 19, 2021. Late work may not be admitted into the exhibition. Note: the Carr Center will not reimburse for shipping costs.
