Mark Your Calendars! Starting in September “Jazz on Film,” a NEW “Film @ The
Carr” Series will begin screening at The Carr Center, hosted by our Media Artist in Residence Juanita Anderson.
This new 4-part film series will air every Wednesday evening at 7pm for four weeks.
The series will feature several film screenings as well as conversations with filmmakers like Marcus Turner, Ufuoma Essi and Jeffrey Wray exploring the kindred relationship of jazz and film across history and genre. Registration details coming soon.
