Free Enrollment is Open for Students, Grades 6-8, throughout Metro Detroit.
Instruments will be provided to students, as needed.
In-person, small group introductory classes in instrumental music and dance are being held every Saturday from 10:00 AM to Noon at Detroit School of Arts, 123 Selden Street, next to Orchestra Hall.
Classes are FREE and instruction is provided by the Carr Center’s working, professional artists and educators, Edward Gooch and Erynn Edwards.
Saturday Arts Academy is offered in partnership with the College of Creative Studies and Mosaic Youth Theatre.
